On a calm summer evening in the Washington, DC suburbs, close friends came together to celebrate another year around the sun for one of their own. A three-course meal was expertly prepared live by the Founding Farmers Co. private chef, as well as passed hors d’oeuvres and craft cocktails, customized to the likes and palette of the guests. It was an unforgettable experience. See below for the custom menu and some of our favorite moments from the event.  



Best Birthday Party Caterer

Tasteful and inviting place settings were the perfect understatement for a dinner full of fresh, exciting flavors. Before gathering around the dinner table, guests were greeted with meticulously crafted hors d’oeuvres that reflected the essence of the summer season. As the seated dinner got underway, lively conversation flowed, along with wine and the first course of Sweet Corn Fritters with yogurt-tomato jam & roasted garlic oil. Sea Bass Hong Kong Style, thoughtfully prepared with braised bok choy, ginger-chili broth, and grilled scallion, impressed guests as one of two entrées during the main course. Throughout the three courses, guests were thoroughly impressed by the execution of each dish.
